Wedding Bouquet Flowers
One of the most important features to a wedding is the floral pieces. Floral pieces include everything from most
intricate center pieces down to the simplest garlands. Included in this category is, of course, the wedding
bouquet. Choosing the bride's bouquet is almost as time consuming as deciding upon the perfect dress for the
event.
Bouquets should be a beautiful accessory for the bride. Choosing an overpowering bouquet is almost has horrible
as choosing a non-flattering dress. It’s important to keep things simple and not to include too much. For example,
if you are having a very simple wedding, choose very simple bouquets. Simple bouquets are not impossible to find.
It is safe to go with only a few different types of flowers and choose a basic color.

If the bride wants more color, a great idea is to use a different color for the bridal party’s bouquets. That
way, she can use the colors she wants but it still keeps everything simple. It is always perfectly okay to break
away from the traditional weddings. If a bride is having trouble deciding on a single flower to be used for
bouquets, pick several and use those for the bridal party. Match groomsmen boutonniere's with the bridal party’s
bouquets. Use a different flower for mother of the groom and mother of the bride corsages. There are many ways to
please a bride when it comes to floral arrangements.
Another key decision when planning for wedding arrangements is the bride interested in real or fake flowers.
Fake flowers are easier (and cheaper!) because they can be purchased ahead of time and stored in a box. However,
real flowers are not only fragment but sometimes have a much softer look. These will need to be pre-ordered and are
normally available for pickup the day of the wedding. Due to the fact that creating real arrangements takes much
more time, there is little room for error.
If the florists mistakenly add the wrong flower to all of your centerpieces, there may be no time to correct the
problem. Extra precaution will have to be taken when handling real flowers, mainly because they bruise easily.
Bruised flowers are not attractive. Mixing real and fake is a perfectly acceptable thing to do. This way the bride
can have all of the bouquets done ahead of time, stored somewhere. While arrangements for the reception will be
delivered the day of the wedding.
